Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) Course

 

Purpose: Provides the knowledge and skills to identify training needs, develop skills plans, and conduct workplace skills administration.

 

Key Outcomes:

  • Develop organizational training plans.

  • Promote a learning culture.

  • Advise on quality management systems for skills development.

 

Target Audience:

  • SDF consultants, HR personnel, and training managers.

 

Entry Requirements:

  • NQF Level 4 or Grade 12, with computer literacy and communication skills.

 

Assessment:

  • Portfolio of Evidence (PoE).

 

Certification:

  • Certificate of competency and statement of results issued upon completion.
